Chocolate Butter Icing
|Icing sugar||100 Gram|
|Cocoa||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla||4 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Sift together icing sugar and cocoa.
Cream butter in a bowl.
Gradually add icing sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.
Add essence and mix well.
If icing is too hard, add a few drops warm water.
If bitter taste of chocolate is desired, use little more cocoa than mentioned in the recipe.
