Almond Butter Cream Icing

  Icing sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Egg yolk 1
  Soft butter 1 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Light cream 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Combine sugar, egg yolk, butter and flavorings in small bowl.
Add enough of the cream to make icing a good spreading consistency.
Ice outside of roll as directed
