Brown Rice Pudding With Topping

|Skim milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberry topping||1 Tablespoon|
In saucepan combine milk, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Bring to boiling; stir in rice.
Cover; simmer 30 minutes or till milk is nearly absorbed, stirring occasionally.
