Fruit With Topping
|Bananas||2 Medium, peeled and halved lengthwise|
|Ripe pears||3 Medium, quartered and cored|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Cheese topping||1 Tablespoon|
Place slicing disk in food processor work bowl.
Slice bananas and pears; remove to bowl.
Add lemon juice and 2 cups water.
Meanwhile, prepare Cheese Topping.
Drain fruit thoroughly; divide fruit into sherbet dishes.
Spoon Cheese Topping over each serving.
