  Bananas 2 Medium, peeled and halved lengthwise
  Ripe pears 3 Medium, quartered and cored
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Cheese topping 1 Tablespoon

Place slicing disk in food processor work bowl.
Slice bananas and pears; remove to bowl.
Add lemon juice and 2 cups water.
Meanwhile, prepare Cheese Topping.
Drain fruit thoroughly; divide fruit into sherbet dishes.
Spoon Cheese Topping over each serving.
