Cooled Dessert Topping
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Frozen whipped dessert topping||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
In small saucepan soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves.
Chill till partially set.
Beat with electric mixer till doubled.
Add topping; beat to soft peaks.
Stir gently before serving with puddings or with fruit desserts.
