Rice Pudding With Strawberry Topping

Ingredients
  Vanilla rice pudding 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared
  Strawberries 3 Cup (48 tbs), washed and hulled
  Granulated sugar replacement 1 Teaspoon
  Mint leaves 4
Directions

Place strawberries and sugar replacement in a blender or food processor.
Process into a puree.
Spoon strawberry topping over rice pudding just before serving.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
