Ingredients
  Low calorie whipped topping mix 2 1⁄8 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
  Allspice 1 Dash
  Ice cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered sugar replacement 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine topping mix and spices in mixing bowl; add water.
Beat mixture until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar replacement; beat to stiff peaks.
