Napoleon Fudge Topping
|Cocoa powder||2 Teaspoon, unsweetened|
|Canola oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||2 Teaspoon|
|Aspartame sweetener||2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put the cocoa powder in a small saucepan.
Add the canola oil and skim milk.
Heat gently over a low flame, stirring constantly, until the mixture is blended and heated.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the aspartame and extracts and mix well.
Spoon while still warm over the top of the napoleon.
