Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Pound (low-fat (1% milk-fat))
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 ln a food processor or blender, whirl the cottage cheese, sugar, orange rind, and orange juice for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the freshness of the cottage cheese.
