Ingredients
  Skim milk powder 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ice water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg white 1
  Lemon juice 3 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In small mixing bowl, combine skim milk powder, ice water and egg white.
With beater set at high speed, beat mixture three to four minutes.
Add lemon juice; beat one minute longer (at high speed).
Gradually add honey, beating continuously; blend in lemon rind and vanilla.
