Cream of tartar
16 Ounce, sifted (1 Package)
Combine egg whites and cream of tartar in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy.
Add half of powdered sugar, mixing well.
Add remaining sugar, and beat at high speed 5 to 7 minutes.
