Royal Icing For Decoration is used to decorate dessert and cakes. Royal Icing For Decoration gets its taste from eggs mixed with cream of tartar and food coloring.
  Egg whites 3 Large
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 16 Ounce, sifted (1 Package)

Combine egg whites and cream of tartar in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy.
Add half of powdered sugar, mixing well.
Add remaining sugar, and beat at high speed 5 to 7 minutes.
