Ingredients
  Butterscotch morsels 6 Ounce (1 Cup, Nestle Package)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (Land O' Lakes)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butterscotch morsels and butter in small saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat..Stir in sugar.
Add egg, flour and coconut; mix well.
