Peach Ice Cream

This peach ice cream is a fruit flavored ice cream made with a custard base. Prepared with heavy cream and milk with eggs and sugar, the peach ice cream is a favorite at our house in the summer and spring as a chilled dessert!
Ingredients
  Milk 1 Pint
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peach pulp and juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
3.Stir in sugar and cream; allow mixture to cool slightly.
4.Add egg yolks which have been beaten until thick; mix thoroughly.
5.Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
6.Pour into greased baking dish and bake in the oven
7.When cool, add the peach-pulp and juice, and freeze
SERVING
8.Serve chilled
