Peach Ice Cream
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peach pulp and juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
3.Stir in sugar and cream; allow mixture to cool slightly.
4.Add egg yolks which have been beaten until thick; mix thoroughly.
5.Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
6.Pour into greased baking dish and bake in the oven
7.When cool, add the peach-pulp and juice, and freeze
