Vanilla Rennet-Custard Ice Cream

The vanilla rennet custard ice cream is a vanilla flavored ice cream made with heavy cream and mlk and set with rennet tablets. Simple to prepare and chilled, this vanilla rennet custard ice cream is easy to fix and serve.
Ingredients
  Rennet tablets 2
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Dissolve rennet tablets in cold water.
2.Warm the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla until lukewarm (110° F.).
3.Remove from stove.
4.Add dissolved tablets, stir a few seconds; pour at once into freezer can.
5.Let set until firm and cool.
6.Freeze.
SERVING
7.Serve chilled
