Vanilla Rennet-Custard Ice Cream
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.Dissolve rennet tablets in cold water.
2.Warm the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla until lukewarm (110Â° F.).
3.Remove from stove.
4.Add dissolved tablets, stir a few seconds; pour at once into freezer can.
5.Let set until firm and cool.
