Home Made Apricot Ice Cream
|Dried apricots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thin cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.In a bowl, soak the apricots over night and stew them until tender.
2.Put them through a sieve.
3.Add the sugar to the hot apricots, stirring until dissolved.
4.When cold, add the cream and then the milk, stirring constantly.
