|Cold water||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
|Lime juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Green food coloring||2 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Mix the gelatin and sugar in a saucepan.
Stir in the water and set over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved, stirring constantly.
Blend in the lime and lemon juices and lemon peel.
Mix in the food coloring, a drop at a time, to tint the desired color.
Pour into a refrigerator tray and freeze until firm, stirring several times.
