Thaw two 10 ounce packages frozen raspberries; sieve.
Dissolve one 3-ounce package raspberry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 3/4 cup cold water, 1/4 cup orange juice, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Stir in sieved raspberries.
Freeze raspberry mixture in two 4-cup refrigerator trays till mixture is firm.
Break into chunks; in chilled bowl beat half of the mixture with an electric beater till smooth.
Return to tray; repeat with remaining mixture.
