Honey Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered fruit rind 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Scald milk in top of double boiler over direct heat.
Remove from heat, add honey and salt and cool to lukewarm.
Gradually add eggs.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly.
Cool.
Fold in cream and rind and turn into refrigerator tray.
Freeze until firm.
