Ice Cream in Choco Tarts

|Baked tart shells||8|
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped blanched almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Toasted)|
|Peppermint stick ice cream||1 Quart|
|Semisweet chocolate curls||2|
Prepare tart shells as directed at left.
Melt chocolate over hot water.
Spread melted chocolate over bottom and sides of each tart; sprinkle with almonds.
Just before serving, fill each tart with scoop of ice cream.
Trim with chocolate curls.
