Blueberry Buttermilk Ice Cream
|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Superfine sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nonfat buttermilk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Place blueberries, buttermilk, sugar, and orange juice in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
2. Pour into a square freezer-safe pan.
3. Freeze for 2 hours and 30 minutes, stirring frequently to equally distribute the ice crystals.
Allow to soften slightly at room temperature before serving.
