Lemon Ice Cream
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemons||2 , grated rind and juiced|
|Milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered fruit||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Whip cream in blender.
Turn into bowl.
Blend all other ingredients until smooth and fold into cream.
Freeze until firm in ice tray of refrigerator.
Beat twice while freezing.
