French Vanilla Ice Cream
|Pure vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Pint, whipped|
Beat egg yolks slightly.
Add honey, salt and vanilla; fold in cream.
Turn into ice trays of refrigerator.
When mixture freezes 1/4 inch around edges of tray, beat.
Repeat this partial freezing and beating several times.
Let freeze and serve.
