|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Egg whites||2 , stiffly beaten|
Cook cranberries in water until berries all pop.
Strain just until skins remain; add sugar and lemon juice.
Fold egg whites into cranberry mixture; pour into tray.
Freeze until mushy.
Beat thoroughly and return to freezer; freeze until stiff.
Serve as an appe tizer with turkey dinner.
