Peach Ice Cream
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Frozen peaches||16 Ounce|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Add sugar and lemon rind; process until rind is finely chopped.
Add frozen peaches and nutmeg, process 10 to 15 seconds or until peaches are cut into small chunks.
With machine running, pour whipping cream through food chute, and process 10 seconds or until mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
(Some peach chunks may remain, if desired.)
