Rum Raisin Ice Cream

|Instant coffee powder||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped topping mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine raisins and rum in a covered container overnight or longer.
Pour off any excess liquid from raisins and stir into slightly softened ice cream.
Return to freezer to harden.
