Rum Raisin Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Instant coffee powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped topping mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Quart
Directions

Combine raisins and rum in a covered container overnight or longer.
Pour off any excess liquid from raisins and stir into slightly softened ice cream.
Return to freezer to harden.
