Melon Ice Cream
|Melon||1 Medium (Ogen / Charentais)|
|Plain unsweetened yogurt||1⁄2 Pint (300 milliliter)|
|Melon balls||8 Small (for decoration)|
1. Halve the melon and scoop out all the seeds; scoop the melon flesh into the liquidizer, and blend until smooth.
2. Mix the melon puree with the yogurt and add artificial sweetener to taste.
3. Transfer the melon and yogurt mixture to a shallow container, and freeze until firm.
4. Serve the melon ice cream in scoops, decorated with melon balls.
