We wanted to prepare a raw food dessert for our friends and this recipe for raw banana ice cream with chocolate syrup and cashew whipped cream was top on the list. You’ll even get to see us serve this raw dessert to our friends and get their approval rating. Let them tell you it’s the real deal…
Ingredients
  Banana ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe bananas 4 , peeled and frozen
  Chocolate syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cacao powder 2 Tablespoon
  Flaxseed oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), add slowly
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pitted dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), don t soak
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked at least 2 hours
  Dates 4 , soaked at least 2 hours
  Vanilla bean 1
  Agave 1 Tablespoon
  Mixture 1 Cup (16 tbs), enough to yield a light fluffy mixture
Directions

Banana Ice Cream
Process the frozen bananas through a Champion Juicer with the blank plate. You may also cut them into small pieces and blend them with a tiny tiny bit of water until creamy.

Chocolate Syrup
Blend together until smooth.

Cashew Whipped Cream
Blend for at least 45 sec to 1 min.
