  Maple syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped nut meats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Eggs 3
Directions

Mix thoroughly, and freeze with 8 parts ice to 1 part salt.
