Nutty Chocolate Ice Cream
|Chocolate dietary frozen dessert||6 Ounce, softened|
|Peanut butter||2 Tablespoon (Chunky Style)|
|Chocolate fudge topping||2 Teaspoon|
|Graham cracker||2 1⁄2 Inch, made into crumbs|
|Shredded coconut||2 Teaspoon, toasted|
In work bowl of food processor or in mixing bowl combine frozen dessert, peanut butter, and topping and process, or beat with electric mixer, until well blended; transfer mixture to freezer container, cover, and freeze until firm.
In small bowl combine crumbs and coconut; divide chocolate-peanut mixture into 2 dessert dishes and sprinkle each portion with half of the crumb mixture.
