Frozen Cantaloupe Ice Cream
Soften 6 ounces vanilla dietary frozen dessert.
In work bowl of food processor puree 1 cup very ripe cantaloupe chunks or balls.
Add softened frozen dessert and process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to freezer-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until solid.
Break mixture into pieces and place in work bowl of food processor; process until smooth.
Spoon into 4 freezer-safe dessert dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
