Quick Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Prepared fruit 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Superfine sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Measure the fruit after removing skins and pits where necessary.
Cut into pieces and mix with the sugar until the fruit is finely chopped .
Add the cream and continue mixing until smooth.
Pour into a freezing tray and freeze at the lowest setting for 2-3 hours until firm.
Note Suitable fruit for this ice cream are strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, apricots, peaches, bananas, cherries or pineapple.
