Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream
|Instant vanilla pudding mix||5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 package)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce, chilled (1 can)|
|Mashed strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh)|
Combine pudding mix and sugar in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Let ripen at least 1 hour.
