How to prepare a quick and easy dessert...with vanilla ice cream, espresso coffee powder and coffee flavored liqueur (Kahlua or Bailey's). Demonstrated by Betty Bannerman Busciglio, a professional cooking instructor and former caterer.
Vanilla ice cream
Espresso coffee powders
1 Teaspoon (Kahlua or Bailey)
1. Scoop out vanilla ice cream in a bowl, sprinkle espresso powder over it and pour in liqueur.
2. Serve Ice cream dessert with shortbread cookies and enjoy!
