Blackberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 8
  Cardamom seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted
  Blackberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream 9 Cup (144 tbs), raw
Directions

MAKING
1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
2. Add cardamom seeds.
3. Pour in honey.
4. Add roasted walnuts and blackberries.
5. Pour in raw cream.
6. Stir to mix.
7. Pour in the ice cream maker.
8. Layer crushed ice and salt.
9. Set the ice cream machine and let it work for 40 minutes till the motor stops.

SERVING
10. Pour in bowls and enjoy.
