Guilt-free And Allergen-free Single Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

Thindulge's picture
This is one of my favorite recipes. I’m a huge banana fan and I love ice cream. When I discovered you could make a faux ice cream using just frozen bananas, I think I shrieked a little. It tastes so “guilty” that I have a hard time eating it – my guilt complex kicks in, but there’s nothing bad with this at all. My partner, Steve, hates bananas, but being the great hubby that he is, he tried it. He was amazed at how much like ice cream it was and even went back and ate out of the food processor! I am so excited for you to try this at home!
