Ingredients
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whey protein 1 Tablespoon
  Dandy blend 1 Teaspoon
  Hemp protein 1 Teaspoon
  Lysine 2 Teaspoon
  Vitamin c 1 Teaspoon
  Tyrosine 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Glutamine 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Super seed 1 Teaspoon
  Udo's oil 2 Ounce (3-6-9 Blend)
  Coconut cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Stevia 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar, add ice cubes, whey protein, dandy blend, hemp protein and amino acids (L - Lysine).
2. Combine vitamin C, Tyrosine, glutamine, super seed and Udo’s oil.
3. Also add in coconut cheese, raw egg and stevia, blend for few minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled in a bowl.

TIPS
L – Lysine is good for fighting parasites.
