Maple-Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , separated
  Brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cream 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Maple flavoring 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks, sugar, cream and milk together.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Mix in walnuts and fla- voring.
Pour into 1-gallon freezing container.
Freeze until firm.
Yield: 1 gallon ice cream.
