1.In a blender, combine together the ice cubes, 1 ½ cup pecans, pine nuts, coconut butter, salt, vanilla essence and honey.
2. Blend at high speed until the ice cubes are well crushed.
3. Using a spatula, scoop out the ice cream in a mid size bowl.
4. Add ½ cup pecans to the ice cream and mix well.
5. Serve this creamy ice cream cold.
