Raw Durian Ice Cream

How to make raw vegan ice cream and chocolate mousse using durian.
Ingredients
  Durian 2 Cup (32 tbs), deseeded
  Raw cashews 2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked for 4 hours
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raw agave 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Tablespoon
  Dulse 2 Tablespoon
  Raw cacao powder 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla bean 1
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chill, and then put in an ice cream maker. Or, you can skip the ice cream part and eat it like a chocolate mousse.
