Plamil Ice Cream
|Agar-agar||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Concentrated soya milk||7 Fluid Ounce (200 Milliliter)|
1) In a saucepan, combine agar-agar with syrup and add Plamil and vanilla pod.
2) Stirring constantly, over low heat bring the mixture almost to the boil.
3) Now, freeze for 2 hours. Beat the mixture thoroughly after one hour to prevent crystallization.
4) Serve plamil ice cream with fruit syrup.
