Grape Ice With Grape Jelly

Ingredients
Grape Jelly - 1 1/2 cups
Cold water - 2 cups ice
Lemon peel - 1 teaspoon, grated
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, place grape jelly, heat until melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add water, lemon peel, lemon juice and stir well.

FINALISING
3. In a can pour the mixture, cover and freeze, stirring twice to avoid solidification.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
