Banana Rum Topping For Ice Cream

  Oleo 2 Tablespoon
  Bananas 3 , sliced
  Light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Apricot jam 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Rum 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Melt the oleo in the skillet
2. Add the sliced bananas to the skillet and cook gently on low heat for two minutes
3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, apricot jam, lemon juice and rum.
4. Pour the mixture over the bananas

SERVING
5. Spoon this mixture over ice cream before serving
