Pineapple Buttermilk Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
  Egg whites 2 , beaten stiff
Directions

Combine buttermilk, sugar, vanilla & pineapple; mix well.
Place in freezer; freeze partially.
Gently fold in egg whites, then finish freezing.
