Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Cream 750 Milliliter (Half And Half)
  Bananas 250 Milliliter, mashed
  Egg yolks 3
  Granulated sugar 180 Milliliter
  White vanilla extract 5 Milliliter
  Strawberries 250 Milliliter, pureed
Directions

MAKING
1) In a double boiler, scald cream with banana and then beat in egg yolks with sugar.
2) Slowly stir in the hot cream and cook until thick.
3) Pour vanilla and stir in strawberries.
4) Let it chill.
5) Freeze in ice cream maker.

SERVING
6) Serve frozen.
