Eggless Coffee Ice Cream
|Ice cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed milk||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Instant coffee||1 Teaspoon|
Place all ingredients into a bowl and beat well.
Place into ice tray and put into deep freeze of refrigerator.
After 20 minutes, stir mixture and replace in refrigerator.
Allow to set firmly.
For a variation, add chopped walnuts and cherries.
