Ice Cream Meringues

Ingredients
  Oil 15 Milliliter
  Egg whites 2 Medium
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Caster sugar 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Strawberry ice cream/Raspberry ice cream 3 Fluid Ounce
  Pistachio nuts 12 , chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 225 Deg F (110 Deg C/Gas^).
2) Line and grease two large baking trays.

MAKING
3) Stiffly beat the egg whites with the salt, thoroughly beat in 1/2 sugar, fold balance 1/2 sugar with a metal spoon.
4) Place about 10-12 spoonfuls of the mixture on the oiled paper and bake for 4—5 hours. Store in an airtight container until needed.

FINALIZING
5) When desired, sandwich the meringues together with scoops of the ice cream, place in paper cases and sprinkle nuts.

SERVING
6) Serve chilled.
