Deep Fried Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Slices of bread 5 (4-5)
  Vanilla ice cream 200 Gram
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Bowl)
  Corn flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maida 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Dip the bread slices in water, squeeze and keep aside.
Make thick batter of corn flour and maida. Put 2 tbsp of ice-cream on the bread slice, roll the bread slice into a bowl, dip in the batter and deep fry in the hot oil. Serve garnished with honey.
