French Vanilla Or Cinnamon Ice Cream
|Medium cream||1 Liter|
|Granulated sugar||180 Milliliter|
1. Heat the cream just before the boiling point along with a vanilla bean in a double boiler.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and slowly add it to the cream and stir cook it constantly until it becomes thick.
3. When cooked get rid of the vanilla bean and take it out of the heat.
4. Cool, and chill it in the ice-cream maker.
5. Serve chilled.
