Jello Ice Cream Mold
|Lime jello||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||20 Ounce (1 No 2 Can)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated in shreds|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)|
Drain pineapple and add water to juice to make 1 C.
Boil juice and dissolve Jello.
Add ice cream, stir until well blended.
Let stand about 10 minutes.
Add cheese, pineapple, pour in molds and refrigerate.
