Jello Ice Cream Mold

Ingredients
  Lime jello 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce (1 No 2 Can)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated in shreds
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)
Directions

Drain pineapple and add water to juice to make 1 C.
Boil juice and dissolve Jello.
Add ice cream, stir until well blended.
Let stand about 10 minutes.
Add cheese, pineapple, pour in molds and refrigerate.
