Caramel Ice Cream Dessert
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Oatmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted|
|Caramel ice cream topping||24 Ounce (2 Jars Of 12 Ounce Each)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Gallon, softened|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix flour, oatmeal, and brown sugar.
Add nuts and butter; mix well.
Spread mixture on large cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, crumble while hot.
Cool mixture and sprinkle half of crumbs on bottom of pan.
Drizzle 1 jar of caramel topping over crumbs.
Spread ice cream on top of caramel.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs; drizzle other jar of topping over crumbs.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Let soften a little and cut into squares.
